Our community started a couple of years ago, when our founder, Pamela Teagarden began a blog on the subject of gender diversity.  The subscribers, very quickly, grew to include thousands of individuals and many corporations in at least 10 countries!  So, the issue seemed an important one.  An issue in need of some re-imagination.

Gathering a diverse Board of Directors with the same passion on the subject of diversity, we all had different ideas to throw into the mix.  Our conversation started nearly a year ago.  In the recent months that followed, we have been invited to speak at the Global Summit on Women, the Southwest Airlines Diversity Summit along with keynotes that facilitated other corporation’s views on the subject of diversity.

We have been privileged to have leaders from Southwest Airlines, L’Oreal, McAfee and Manpower as speakers at our own events – - taking up their own voices in the conversation. [and, of course, strengthening Soluna’s mission!!]  Take a look at some of their conversations on our media page.

Due to the interest of our honored guests in our vision, Soluna’s message has reached over 40 corporations, thousands of people and we have helped other affiliate organizations (there’s no competition here!) to expand their own goals.
