Pam Teagarden

Pamela Teagarden, Founder, an expert in corporate behavioral psychology:

More than 20 years working, in the Teagarden Group, to measure and influence corporate culture within her clients, gave Pam the experience and background research to understand how and why women must lead companies with men.  Having spent nearly two decades talking about the glass ceiling with other women and working to influence the tipping point for women in a variety of ‘womens initiatives’, she knew that there was more to the story.

Beginning, simply, with a blog to start the conversation, Pam brought thousands of people (in at least 10 countries) together to discuss women in the workplace.  This became a two-fold practice of mentoring women for executive and board level roles as well as creating cultural transitions within organizations to accommodate the newly created, diverse workforces.  Thus, Pam founded the Soluna Institute, and its foundation, to globally support women making sustainable economic change – with men.

In the Teagarden Group, Pam works at the intersection of business and psychology, seeing the business drivers in behavior measurement and using them to ensure organizations get real results. Starting her career as a banker and with the addition of post-graduate studies in corporate behavioral psychology she developed a ROI for people practices.  She is certified in over 35 psychometric tools, partnering this with expert selection and use.  Pam is recognized for making sense of data, marrying behavior with good strategy and communicating information in a simple, meaningful way.

Pam has lived in Nizhneyvartovsk, Moscow, London, Washington DC and Dallas, giving her a global perspective in her corporate objectives.  Clients include Microsoft, ABN-Amro, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Yum Restaurants Int’l, Royal Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Deloitte and Unilever, among others.  She also works across small-to-medium companies, entrepreneurs and individuals.  Pam is a consultant, coach, published author, widely read blogger and sought-after keynote speaker.
