There seems to be so much confusion, regarding diversity, in corporations these days. What do we do? Where do we start? How will we know when we are successful?
Inside the corporations, the conversations can be thwarted by politics and organizational culture. In business, we have norms that work as barriers to success. People have their own journeys, as well, through their belief systems that are bigger than work.
This requires, then, that we take the conversation public, in a safe, secure social network. And, in addition to conversing, we will offer wiki-style community forums, boot camps to ready diversity leaders for their role, groups and discussions that can be taken inside your companies (with our talking points and notes!), communications of all kinds and anything else you need that we can give.
Now, back to the corporate conundrum…
We have a thought. Actually, we have a lot of thoughts. [and we want yours, too!]
Let us throw a suggestion out there… How about starting with Gender Diversity?!?
