We have created a curriculum, with our affiliate partners, that tackles a number of things that will help an individual -

• understand his/her own personal journey regarding diversity, following our D3 model;
• ‘name and notice’ the intangible mindsets that are continuous and personal barriers to fostering diversity;
• create ‘personal practices’ that will ensure that he/she is doing his/her part every day;
• obtain the skills necessary to foster diversity at the next level (for example, constructive conflict to complement collaboration, and more)
• recognize the power continuum that exists in all relationships and the consequences for each angle to diffuse difficult conversations
• salons, webinars and blog discussions to continue the innovation of our movement
• summit meetings to celebrate our conversation and offer awards for the ‘crazy’ ideas that our conversation results in
