We will highlight leaders, companies and practices that are seen to be doing good things. Our community will rank and experiment with them, and the conversation continues. Our D3 model will be the framework by which we structure our offering to companies of any size.
One thing we know: Diversity is not to be solved, but managed so that other problems are not created in its wake.
