There are several ways you can become involved with Soluna Institute.

Board of Directors

Consisting of a diverse group of expert individuals that will guide us as a business and a foundation within the scope of the laws and corporate governance. Our mission will be their anchor for decision-making, and they will act as an advocate to the goals of the Soluna Institute as each committee and council offers their annual plans.

Steering Committee
Consisting almost entirely of large donors and sponsors, and acting as Ex-Officio Board Members, this group will formulate the needs and objectives of our offerings, our research and our activities to ensure our direction continues to be member/donor driven.

Advisory Council
Consisting of affiliate partners and interested parties to our mission, this group will bridge our work with their own – in women’s initiatives, academic course offerings, interested venues and other complementary missions in which our goal of inclusivity will continue to keep us on track for our member/donors without competition as a barrier.

Council of Diversity Leaders
Consisting of paying members, this group will work to initiate, participate and expand our research into best practices that ‘raise the tide for all boats’, giving every diversity initiative a chance to do better things than it could accomplish alone.

Members/ Guests
Consisting of interested parties, this group will attend our events, create expanded needs to our mission-led projects and network throughout our global discussion on the topics that relate to gender diversity in leadership.
