Yes, I said both genders!  When it comes to gender diversity, our starting point, it will only be successful when men bring their ideas, their needs and their passion to the table.  One of the first breakthrough ideas we hope to bring to the conversation is this one.  Women don’t need to act like men, but we must act with them.  We are both affected.  Being outside the corporation, our conversation will lack the barriers from the norms of business that can separate the genders.
