Conversation

Within the social network, we intend to allow those participating in the conversation to include a personal profile and to align, according to their individual wishes, with groups organized into industry, company, topic, region and with like goals for smaller, more personal conversations.  The community will interact together to ‘answer’ questions posed to the community as we do in other social networks.  And, we will do our best to watch the civility of the conversation, without quieting the differing views.

We also hope you will join us when we bring our affiliate partners together with leading authors and experts in fields that complement our conversation – - in Summits and Events that highlight the conversation into more learning, networking and innovating of the ideas the community ranks highest.

One of our first projects will be to expand the conversation that our blog introduced to over 10 countries and thousands of men and women, and we will do that in many ways:

1)  We will create sophisticated, renaissance-style salons to discuss topics in a cultural setting.  Covering complex topics through simple questions, gathering research for us, attitudinal shifts amongst our membership and keeping the gender diversity conversation going.

Questions like this one:  Why Don’t Women Lead in Any Sector?

2)  We will create documentary films, and other multi-media events to further the conversation around the world with everyone, from both genders and outside of corporations.

3)  We will introduce a curriculum based on the responses in our conversation for women, and men, to find the ‘intangible conversations’ in our movement.  We know that good executive training exists, and we will take it further by talking about how to be ‘ego-less’ and bringing the ‘unrealized bias and prejudice out in the open.
