As our non-profit started because of our founder’s 2-year old blog, thus our belief in the power of conversation, we will  use our underwriters to expand out blog into a much larger enterprise.  An editor will oversee offerings from guest bloggers, social media connections through our blogger outreach, columns that interest all diversity efforts and the aggregation of all we have to the community.

For this to happen we also want to highlight you. We will also feature a list of blogs, articles, research, et al, from all of you so that we can play a part in making you more successful as an expert, an author, a company or another affiliate partner in this space, while the conversation is complemented for your sharing.
